Build where work is real.

BCI builds and maintains heavy industrial and municipal systems across Western Canada. We hire for execution: qualified trades, structured supervision, safety discipline, and documentation that holds up to client scrutiny.

Work that holds up.

The conditions are not theoretical — weather, access, shutdown windows, regulatory requirements, and client prequalification. We operate within constraint and deliver documented completion.

Safety and quality are not slogans. They are enforced controls.

Records matter. Site access, audits, and client verification depend on them.

Execution is structured. Crews, supervision, planning, and coordination are aligned before work starts.

Selected candidates may be asked to complete a short written screening questionnaire as part of the initial interview process.

Quality Control Manager

Posted: March 6, 2026
Regina, Saskatchewan
Permanent Full Time
On-Site
$155,000–$175,000

BCI is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and strengthen our quality program across Saskatchewan and Alberta. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring that construction, welding, and fabrication activities meet applicable codes, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role supports quality performance across major industrial work by maintaining QC manuals, interpreting code requirements during planning and estimating, coordinating inspectors, supporting project teams, and ensuring documentation is complete, controlled, and ready for client and regulatory review.

This is not a general administration role. It requires strong command of industrial construction quality systems, welding and pressure code work, audit readiness, and close-out documentation, along with the ability to work effectively with regulators, clients, engineering support, and field leadership.

If your experience aligns with most of the requirements but not every detail, we still encourage you to apply. Industrial capability is often built through project experience, technical judgment, and leadership in live operating environments.

What this role supports

  • Industrial piping and fabrication projects across Saskatchewan and Alberta
  • Quality compliance for pressure piping, welding, and code work
  • Coordination with TSASK, ABSA, clients, and inspection agencies
  • Project close-out documentation, regulatory submissions, and quality records
