How hiring works.

We keep the process direct. If a role requires documentation or certification, we will ask for it. If a site requires orientation or prequalification, we will coordinate it.

BCI is a union employer. Many site roles are filled through union halls and dispatch. When positions are posted here, they reflect roles outside hall dispatch or project-specific requirements.
